McAngus Construction Company, LLC is a family owned and operated commercial construction business.  The McAngus Family came to Texas in 1867 from Northern Scotland.  Landing in Galveston, Texas, then walking to Central Texas.  The family ended up settling just outside of Austin in the little town of Elroy, on the land which is now utilized as the Circuit of Americas.  Six generations have lived in or around Austin, TX ever since.  The family has a long history of serving the community in many different forms including in business, judicial, law enforcement, and construction capacities.  Although Austin has continued to grow, it is our passion to continue our family legacy of serving our neighbors.
